Ben Zhaobin Liu graduated from the University of Regina with a Ph.D in 2006, and later went on to became a Professional Engineer the following year. Since 2015, he has served as the Founder and President of Goldenstone Immigration Consulting, specializing in Business Immigration, Saskatchewan PNP, LMIA application, RNIP and family sponsorship.

From 2009 - 2022,  Ben held various positions with the Ministry of Highways, Government of Saskatchewan, including Director of Systems Management, Senior Policy Advisor and Infrastructure Engineer. He currently serves as a Governance and Nomination Committee member with CAPIC.
